 WELDING INSTRUCTIONS - SUPER EASY - ANYONE CAN DO IT!

1. Prepare Surface: Before beginning the welding process, ensure that the surface to be welded is clean and free of any contaminants. Use a wire brush or sandpaper to remove any rust, dirt, or coatings down to the base metal.

2. Brush Surface: Once the surface is clean, use a stainless steel brush to thoroughly scrub the base metal until it shines. This step helps to remove any remaining debris and promotes better adhesion for the welding rod.

3. Even Heating: Next, heat the welding area evenly using a propane or MAPP torch. Move the torch in a circular motion to distribute the heat uniformly across the surface. Proper heating is essential for achieving a strong and durable weld.

4. Welding Process: Apply the low temp welding rod to the heated area, rubbing it until it fuses with the metal. Continue until desired weld strength.

5. Safety Note: Avoid direct heat on the rod to prevent melting or splatter. Focus heat on the base metal. Wear gloves and eye protection for safety.
